We would rather build a smaller, well-performing room than a large shell you abandon for half the year.

Every project starts with a free, no-obligation survey. We walk the garden, check access, boundaries and services, and talk through how you will use the room. From there we set out design options, planning or permitted-development notes, and an itemised quotation so you can see structure, envelope and fit-out clearly before you commit.
Construction is managed to keep your house liveable and your neighbours considerate: tidy sites, planned deliveries and a programme you can follow. When the build is complete you get a space that feels like part of the property, not a shed with a plug socket.
