Do you manage the whole project?

Yes. RJS coordinates design with trusted architecture and structural engineering partners, approvals, trades and finishes, with one point of contact.

How much does a full refurbishment cost?

It varies too much with size, scope and finish to publish prices. After a design consultation we give you a detailed, itemised quote.

Can you work on period and listed homes?

We regularly work on period homes. Where conservation-area or listed-building consent is needed, we help prepare and manage the applications.

Should we move out during a full refurbishment?

For whole-house projects it’s often quicker and more comfortable to move out. We’ll advise based on your scope and programme.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Depending on the job, we can offer insurance-backed guarantees of up to 10 years, subject to the works and the insurer’s approval. We are also Which? Trusted Trader and Federation of Master Builders members.
