RJS refreshed the communal areas of this Ilford block, improving the shared spaces used by residents and visitors every day. The programme covered repairs and preparation to entrance areas, corridors and stairwells, followed by coordinated flooring, lighting, decoration and small joinery works where required.
Work was planned to protect occupied parts of the building and keep access clear as each area was completed. Consistent colours, carefully finished edges and thorough snagging brought the common areas to a cleaner, brighter standard without overcomplicating a practical maintenance-led refurbishment.
