RJS delivered a ground-floor extension in Romford to give the home a more generous kitchen and living area without losing the connection to the garden. The work was planned around the existing house, with careful setting-out, structural work, new openings and glazing brought together so the new room feels like part of the original property.
Inside, the team coordinated insulation, plastering, electrics, flooring and final decoration, keeping the finish clean and practical for family use. Attention to junctions, levels and natural light was central to the build, from the first fix through snagging and handover.
