RJS refreshed this en-suite in Woodford Green with a compact layout that makes better use of the available room. The old fittings were removed, services were prepared for new sanitaryware and the walls and floor were brought together with durable tiled finishes. Ventilation and waterproofing were treated as essential parts of the work.
Neat setting-out around the shower, basin and storage kept the finished room balanced, while carefully finished edges made it easier to clean and maintain. The result is a brighter, more practical en-suite delivered with the tidy workmanship expected on a small but detail-heavy refurbishment.
