RJS built a garden studio in Chigwell to provide a useful, separate room at the end of the garden. The work included preparing the base, constructing the insulated envelope, fitting doors and windows, and coordinating the electrical installation so the space could be used as a comfortable home office, studio or retreat.
External cladding and internal linings were finished with care, while drainage, thresholds and weather protection were resolved for dependable year-round use. The compact build was managed with attention to access and the surrounding garden, leaving a neat, well-insulated addition that sits naturally within its setting.
