RJS created this garden room in Buckhurst Hill as a flexible extra space away from the main house. The build involved a suitable base, insulated walls and roof, external doors, electrical provision and internal lining, with the details planned to make the room comfortable for work, hobbies or quiet time.
The team paid close attention to the connection with the garden, including the threshold, external finish and protection from damp and weather. Neat internal decoration and careful making good completed a compact, practical room that adds useful accommodation without overwhelming the outdoor space.
