RJS took this Essex new-build house from structural shell through to a coordinated internal fit-out. The work included forming and weathering the main structure, installing windows and insulation, preparing services and bringing the rooms forward through plastering, flooring, carpentry and decoration.
A clear sequence between trades helped keep the build accurate as the house progressed from external envelope to finished rooms. Attention to levels, openings, service routes and final making good produced a clean, practical home ready for its kitchens, bathrooms, storage and everyday occupation.
