RJS refurbished this Redbridge family bathroom from strip-out to final finish. The layout was prepared for new sanitaryware, improved storage and durable tiled surfaces, with waterproofing and first- and second-fix services coordinated before the room was closed up. Brassware, lighting and ventilation were considered as part of the whole rather than added as afterthoughts.
The result is a clean, hard-wearing bathroom that is easier to use and maintain. Careful setting-out around the bath, basin and shower areas helped create neat lines, consistent tile joints and a calm finish suited to a busy family home.
