RJS refurbished this semi-detached Ilford home with a coordinated programme of repairs, improvements and internal finishing. The scope brought tired rooms up to a consistent standard, including preparation of walls and ceilings, updates to services, flooring, carpentry and decoration arranged around the needs of the existing property.
The team worked carefully around the structure and retained features that remained sound, addressing awkward junctions before final finishes were applied. Protection, tidy sequencing and detailed snagging helped keep the work controlled, leaving a more comfortable and practical home with a clean, durable finish throughout.
