RJS converted the loft of this North London home into a practical bedroom space, making better use of the roof volume while working carefully around the existing structure. The scope included the stair connection, insulation, rooflights, internal partitions, electrical preparation, plastering and the fit-out of storage and bedroom finishes.
Attention to headroom, natural light and the transition from the existing landing helped the new level feel like part of the house. Detailed carpentry, flooring, decoration and final snagging completed a comfortable room with useful storage and a clean, durable finish for everyday use.
