PLANNING AND BUILDING REGULATIONS IN ABRIDGE
Abridge is in Essex and falls under Epping Forest District Council, with Lambourne Parish Council also consulted on applications. The historic village centre is a conservation area, the countryside around the village is Metropolitan Green Belt, and some land near the River Roding is in a flood risk zone.
